The UN’s Comedic And Destructive Plan For Population Replacement

The United Nations was created in 1945 after the end of World War II, and its central mission is “the maintenance of international peace and security.” Needless to say, the U.N. has evolved into a toothless institution that is a cushy nest of incompetence, and a wonderful source of income for thousands of politically well-positioned people, mostly from a vast array of inept countries. Yet the media refers to the U.N. as an aggregate oracle that provides wisdom and guidance to those that actually developed the world.

Honoré de Balzac, a 18th century French novelist, is recognized as one of the founders of realism in European literature, which is defined as “representing things as they are.” His multi-volume work is titled La Comédie Humaine (The Human Comedy), as if he anticipated the 21st century and the international state of affairs as an increasingly smaller but vocal segment of society embraces political correctness, tries to restrict free speech, and avoids the representation of things as they are.

The global birth rate decline is hardly a topic of interest that will conquer the ratings game and displace the Oscars from its misery, but is quietly driving Globalist policy in search of your tax contributions. According to the World Bank, the geographic area beating everyone at the human reproduction game is sub-Saharan Africa, as illustrated by the map below.

Fertility rate, total (births per woman)

Therefore, the United Nations in its unquestionably silly intellectual prowess and unmistakable poor track record of socio-techno-economic achievement put forth a plan titled “Replacement Migration: Is It a Solution to Declining and Ageing Populations?” And as if the U.N. is in charge of world governance, the introductory summary reads as follows:

United Nations projections indicate that over the next 50 years, the populations of virtually all countries of Europe as well as Japan will face population decline and population ageing. The new challenges of declining and ageing populations will require comprehensive reassessments of many established policies and programmes, including those relating to international migration.

Focusing on these two striking and critical population trends, the report considers replacement migration for eight low-fertility countries (France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, United Kingdom and United States) and two regions (Europe and the European Union). Replacement migration refers to the international migration that a country would need to offset population decline and population ageing resulting from low fertility and mortality rates.

The link provided above has been locked since the last time we accessed it—we wonder why— but here’s a screenshot of the similar text with same title from another source, and we’ve noticed that the document has been scrubbed from a number of other sites.

The book is apparently available from Amazon for only $3,915.03 but we didn’t buy it because, as they say, we got the picture.

Please note that, for example, South America is not favored by the U.N. as a migrant destination, most likely because the wallets down there are a bit thin. Certainly anyone could debate the merits of such an audacious plan till the cows come home, but it would become a futile back and forth that would leave two distinct camps unmoved in their opinions. Thus, a much simpler and clearer hypothetical must be used here.

Japan, the land of the rising sun, is at the lowest end of the global fertility rate, while Niger, an African nation where babies abound, is at the high end of the scale. Therefore, it would be rather simple to transfer people from Niger to Japan to balance the population decline.

Now let’s consider that Japan is the 3rd largest economy in the world with a wide spectrum of socio-techno-economic achievement. Niger, 60 years after becoming independent from France, is the 146th world economy with a GDP of about $9 billion, which is less than 1/3 of Vermont’s GDP, the lowest ranked U.S. state by GDP with less than 3% of Niger’s population. In addition and unlike Niger, Japan was literally bombed with nukes by Western Civilization 75 years ago.

On a pure mathematical approach and the “there’s only one race, the human race” mantra, the lower birth rate can be corrected by the influx of migrants, as proposed by the U.N., but why would anyone think that people from failed societies are a viable replacement for declining populations of successful civilizations? Based on historical observations, it can be reliably stated that Nigeriens will become net burdens on Japanese society by consuming resources at a higher rate than they will contribute, and Toyota Techno will definitely not invent the next automobile judging by patent filings from Niger citizens.

Looking at the forest in lieu of the trees, the global birth rate decline is in line with population control and should satisfy the Climate Change Calamitous Claims cult, but will not contribute to their ice-forever fantasies because the group is aligned with Globalism and CO2 reduction is not the objective.

Actually, one must consider that the move to smaller populations, although economically disruptive, is only preempting an accelerated shift to automation with a lower demand for a supply of unskilled labor, and is not an invitation for multitudes from the lower tier of Human Intellectual Stratification to move into your house.

Unlike Balzac, we’re constantly avoiding realism — representing things as they are — and we’re becoming the embodiment of the Human Comedy with our misplaced and unsubstantiated beliefs feeding unicorn farms. But it’s not funny because Western Civilization is under attack and the objective is to have its wealth distributed among the inept, with the usual, evil suspects always picking up the tab.
